Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Call +91 97121 07101 or email support@ambicakitchenware.shop with the order number.

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Ambica Kitchenware is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

Will it fit my gap?
Measure the gap and compare it with the outer dimensions on the listing, not the shelf dimensions. Allow a centimetre either side for getting the unit in.

Does it need drilling?
The listing says whether a unit stands free or mounts to a wall. Wall fixings are not included, because the right fixing depends on your wall.

Is it stainless steel?
The material is on every listing. Where a piece is coated steel rather than stainless, we say coated steel.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
